Compagnie UEUEUE (pronounced "wewewe" — the French equivalent of "yeah yeah yeah" or "oyez oyez oyez") is a professional artistic institution dedicated to the art of glove puppetry, founded by Anastasia Puppis, a theatre-trained puppeteer, and Léandre Simioni, musician and actor. The company's approach centres on a methodical exploration of the ancestral art of European glove puppetry, combined with a contemporary interpretation of the issues it raises.

Through its shows, the company explores the universal expressions of humanity. Every gesture, every dramatic situation, becomes a reflection of social structures, relations to authority and cultural mechanisms that govern human communities across time and space. In their show "Oooh Teresina!", the artists address themes such as freedom of expression and the place of art in society.

The international dimension is at the heart of Compagnie UEUEUE's identity. Based between France and Italy, the company presents Oooh Teresina! in seven different languages, reaching diverse audiences across Europe and beyond.
